In August 2009 the residents of the country park formed their own company which was set up to purchase the freehold on the grounds and to manage their own services.

On the 26th February 2010 the Dwellingholders company exchanged contracts with the developer, Cowbridge Developments and took over the management company to run the estate. They are committed to support the sale on the remaining apartments in the manor house in order to complete the freehold reversion.
